Milo the Merdog

Milo is the silliest little OC i have ever made. He kinda does a thing where when ever he is in water he is a merdog, and when ever he is on land he is a dog. But if you do something bad to him - such as a prank or get him in trouble - he'll get you double time. So don't. Also if you touch the fin at the end of his tail, he'll love you for the rest of your life. He absolutely loves getting pet there.
